The participants are responsible for stand design, interior decoration & clean stand during exhibition and they themselves must measure to prepare extra equipments.

Exhibitors should be attend in the stand before opening and after closing , settling a day before closing with financial sectors of exhibition and to deliver stand like first to exhibition officials.

Only exhibitors are allowed to use given space and he/she is responsible for eventual damage and any changes to the shape and construction of stand.

Writing on panels and using pin or nail that caused damages to the stand are forbidden.

Changing the place of panels is forbidden.

Participants are not allowed installing curtain, poster or other publicity factors. Exhibition officials could gather all publicity factors which are installed without permission.

All exhibitors have to measure for insuring all commodities before opening. It is obvious that organizer doesn’t have any responsibility in this case.

Exhibition pavilions were stamped before opening in attendance of exhibitors otherwise exhibition is not responsible for missing any goods of stands.

Exhibitors should manner suitable with visitors and be good looking.

Observing all laws and regulations of exhibition such as using identification card, regarding hours of fair and time of delivering & evacuating stand are obligatory.

Vocal system should be normal without any inconvenience to other exhibitors.

Stands will delivered almost 3 days before opening.

Inscription will install according the application form.

Cleaning exhibition corridors are public spaces are upon organizer and cleaning stands after delivering are upon the exhibitors.

Any participants are not allowed to close stand during the fair.

Responsibility of keeping property and commodities of stand during the visiting time is upon the exhibitor.

Participants should obey all circulars, laws & conditions.

Propagandas out stand only be able done with public relations permission and company could erase all propagandas which done without any perfect agreement.

Exhibition propagandas contain billboard, card and poster and TV advertisement.

Registration Condition

Stand transfer priority depends on date of reservation and complete payment. Exhibition organizer undertakes placement and also date of reservation and payment are the factors which effect on placement.

Participants are not allowed to transfer or replacement of stand without written confirmation of organizer.

All requests and complete payment must be delivered or sent almost up to given date on the registration form to the exhibition company.
